Best pre workout meal for gains?

Aim for I gram of carbs per kg of body weight something like rice cakes

litreally just eat the same shit everyday, pick a cheap carb you can pair with a protein source you typically want to have around 1-1.2g of carbs per kg.

I Always go with cereal with whey and milk its easy low fat and just straight carbs and will keep you full during your workout but this isnt an issue if your on reta. Typically you should also sip on some carbs during the workout around 40mins to an hour in and post workout you want to carb dump since this is the most anabolic time for insulin to shuttle proteins into muscle cells

Intraworkout carbs are only used for lacking muscle groups and long sessions otherwise you will just get fat since you dont want to drink your calories it also depends on what your doing aswell in terms of diet

Eat 2 gram protein per kg be a day eat in a calorie surplus like 300-500 over matnence and eat a carbloaded meal before the gym

60-90mins before, Your not gonna feel an energy boost from carbs or anything so dont expect some feeling it will give you better performance for sure tho and if you have 100g+ of carbs you get crazy pumps well from my experience and paried with cialis my skin feels hard to be in thats how hard the muscle is. And carb dump post workout you want to typically have the rest of your carbs for the day after a workout since thats when there most usefull have majority before and after like 60/40

Too early honestly 60-90 is more optimal also depends on the meal if you eat smth big for carbs n not like straight sugar or sum you gonna feel more sluggish and bloated then you typically would and hinder performance

bro theres nothing like being pumped on carbs in the gym, back when i was on var+ carbs the pumps were absoloutley fucking nuts felt like a rock.

no honest, Cialis var and 100g+ carbs had me fucking parapelgic. Honestly feel bad for the nattys who will never experience this feeling. If you didnt lock in electrolytes tho the cramps were horrid

whey, get like the most sweet good tasting whey you like sprinkle that shit on so it emsluvies into the rice bubbles
then mix it and pour milk over it and dont let it get soggy shit taste better crunchy and then i usually dump 20-30g of sugar on top and its absolutely gas. You might get addicted to sugar tho icl this meal litreally tastes like a 400g rice krispy pre workout

Greek yogurt, whey and blueberries/Rice cakes with peanut butter/Savory cream of rice/Peanut butter + jam white bread sandwiches..

They all share the same thing ; easy on digestion and fast to absorb.

not sooner than 60 minutes, if you train in the morning you could try carb loading at evening before going to bed, that could work

How long do you train for? If less than an hour, 30-1hour before working out. If more than an hour, 30 minutes before working out+ take intra crabs during the last portion of your workout. Stay under 100g and over 60g. The closer you are to 60g without jeopardizing your workout the better. Don't over consume protein during your pre workout.

Stay under 100g and over 60g. The closer you are to 60g without jeopardizing your workout the better. Don't over consume protein during your pre workout.

Any product consisting of quick sugars. I personally take jolly ranchers, Swedish goldfishes etc. Not chocolate since fat content takes longer to digest

You eat a whole pack mid workout?
For mid workout carbs go for maltodextrin (0.5g for each kg of bw) + EAA (15g) + 5g of creatine and 1g of salt each liter of water, i would say everything in at least 2L of water.

For pre-workout meal, as everyone said go for carbs with no fiber and lots of sugar as they are easy to digest and some protein, avoid any fat here (leave them for other meals, like 3 hours later your workout)

Ground meat and slow cooked sweet potato, scrambled whites and raw yolks on the side .with your favorite pre/intra workout drink preferably with stimulants and some carbs on the side like honey on your main plate or just a spoon full.

Depends if ur bulking cutting or maintaining. Usually if i was cutting i would have light rice cakes with maybe a banana. Bulking I would do some peanut butter too. For any 3 tho cream of rice is a crazy good one.

Dude like it 2 kg not 100 kg, if u have the possibility fill it at the gym and put just the powder in the bottle at home
