Best procedures/surgeons for a higher FWHR ?

I tried looking for similar threads but all I found was the hard-r and gay slurs.

I have an approximate 1.65 fwhr which is a huge nerf on me.
I don't have a long philtrum however I got kind of a long forehead. (not somali alien long just slightly above average we're talkng in milimeters) but yeah it's mostly my mid face and forehead that are contributing to that low fwhr so please help me out.

(as long as org will remain open to guests I won't post face).



Btw I live in France if you know good bp surgeons that would be lovely.

I dnt think there is any. Steroids widened mine like crazy but was during puberty. If ur a fully grown adult HGH in high dose will do it but will also change ur face in other ways.

I've seen plenty of threads where boyos get their face deformed because of hgh they end up looking like popeye

FWHR is pretty much genetic or already predetermined. Amount of prenatal testosterone you were exposed to as a fetus + genetics + facial development = how boneful or boneless you are as a matured male. Fundamental ratio changes require a foundational change, which is always extreme. If you have to change the foundation of a skyscraper, you have to basically demolish it and start anew. TLDR COPE, SLAVE FOR 200K WORTH OF SURGERIES, LDAR, OR ROPE.
