Best product or inyectable to reduce lip and nose size?

My nose is very fatty and large , not a width issue but makes me look like an ogre and my lips are way too thick to the point it looks ugly

I've heard hidrocortisone cream works good but idk if injecting aqualyx would be a good idea for this

Accutane has some potential to help with this by reducing the size of the sebaceous glands on your nose but probably won't do as much as you want. Otherwise rhino ofc.
