my protein source just delivered and I already talked about this in another thread but I’ll put it into perspective exactly how good this shit is

Its called tvp protein and the specific one I ordered comes with 493 servings and 12 grams of protein per serving (a serving is 1/4 of a cup)

So imagine I need 180 grams of protein

493x12=5,916
5,916 divided by 180 = 32.87
So it will last a whole month and this is assuming I need 180 most people don’t need this much anyways most people need maybe like 140



The only downside of this shit is it tastes completely bland and washing it down all at once would be hella painful.
What I do is just put it in my mouth with a glass of water don’t chew it and then just shove the water down my throat with the food.

You could probably mix it with some real food to make it actually edible but since this is my only protein source daily I just wash it down

Protein max or stay incel for life


Inb4 macronutrients or some other cope. Nobody said this is all ur supposed to eat throughout the day

Finally, someone mentioned textured soy protein or textured vegetable protein. It is very cheap, and it contains all essential amino acids, and it is suitable for vegans.

I am a vegan, and I do bodybuilding style training. Textured soy protein is where I get my protein from. It is highly versatile.

I had 3 bags that were 15 kilograms each. 45 kilograms total of textured soy protein.

protein is not the most important macro you only need 1g per lb of lean body mass, spam carbs

protein calories and carbs are most important. If you get one without the others you will either just get fat or not gain muscle optimally
