Best random day snacks/prior to workout fuel suggestions?

Usually have milk, some kind of cheese, and a type of nut like cashews or almonds. Abt to try and cut off majority of my body fat and not sure what diet changes I should make.
 
Just eat any fast carbs tbh. Fruits like bananas are ideal

Get some crackers that total 100-200 calories, eat 1 hour pre workout. During workout drink protein milkshake. You can do this while cutting as well - will have energy for 2 hour weight lifting.
