Anyone here that has discerned a legit mask/lamp/panel/hat from the tons of scams there are?

Primarily going for skin benefits, but the small balding benefit is welcome too.

max price ~300€, tho there really is no reason for any lamp to be this expensive, you can buy 20.000 lux lamps for 20€.

I've read about one that's shipped from USA into Georgia right now. I'll try my best and I'll link it to you if I can : D

Obviously correct wavelength, but you need a high wattage too, I'd guess in the 50W+ range at least.

Also, no longer have any way to measure light wavelengths myself, so I'll just have to trust whatever I am buying.

Do you have a link to what you bought?

The entire skincare business is bullshit, fun little lamps is no exception. This study (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18664153/) shows some ability to improve acne skin (low compared to pulsed lasers) but it has no skin tightening effect at all. This study (https://europepmc.org/article/med/21197524) even shows NO difference between the blue and red light...

Unless your skin is cratered like the moon don't even consider buying one...

I've actually found a couple plant grow lights in an appropriate wavelength and okayish wattage. I'm considering buying 3-4 in different wavelengths, f.x. 2x630nm, 660nm, 840nm

It'd add up to around 100€ tho... But you'd also get around 70W into the lamps.

This won't end well.
light is light

As long as it has the same wavelength there is 0 difference between this and a 3x more expensive "beauty" version.

Even if the LED's there more focused on the beauty focused version I could just buy double the ammount of power for the same price which would more than make up for it.

Still, be careful lad. I know a friend of a friend who ended up in hospital because of "skincare light overdosing" herself.

true. aliexpress shit has a tendency to break though. I got the same one as you I reckon and like 15% of leds no longer work and I haven't been using it too much

Honestly don't know if it's cope or not, but a clinic that does light therapy sell my products so I'm quite sure I'd get some free usage if I'd want to :feelshah:

Be careful on how they market the lights online mate (if I remember correctly it was your mother that were a plant enthusiast like me? So she should know about how they wrongly market plant/grow lights and so forth), many website say 50-100watt (thats ALOT for led lights and they usually come with a heatsink after 100-150watt), but what they in reality mean is that it's equivalent to a normal bulb that's 50-100watts. The easiest way is to have a watt measure device that you plug the light into to measure watt usage from the wall or read the reviews wether anybody mentions actual watt usage.

mogs me. must've gotten a shitty one

anyway do you like it or think it's cope?
Pretty good thing to do, in the agepill collagen battle.

What is extra beneficial. It makes absorb more, the shit you put in your face, before doing the session. So if you put on some mogger peptide stuffs, they get absorbed better

Every single year you cope by not taking fin is going to be an extra year of trying to recover your hairline and not being at your prime. That is if you can even recover the lost ground
