when I suck my cheeks in I get the perfect look I need, lower chin, hollower cheeks, etc. I’m scared of buccal fat removal though because I heard it destroys you when you’re older so I am looking for surgeries that look least uncanny that do this for lower third

I wanted to get zygo implants for hollower cheeks but heard on this sub it looks gay af. Other option is to fix jaw asymmetry with jaw implants (will this help with hollow cheeks?).

I have a protruding maxilla so bimax ruled out but maybe genio I’ve heard has good results. Which surgery is the best?
