Does anyone have recs for rhinoplasty surgeons--specifically, for revisions?

It's ironic how this cesspool is called a looksmaxxing forum but whenever a member asks a genuine question and tries to actually ascend, nobody will help him. I'm searching myself right now, and I'm still clueless, so many shady doctors you don't know who you can trust

well i know a couple of names in Italy but I guess you're trying to get it done in the USA

Your nose is good
Straight with good nose bridge
Not too wide, not too narrow


You would benefit more from fillers/fat grafting to eyelids and light colored contacts

Rhino have high risk of looking uncanny

It seems high risk/low reward procedure for you

It seems Like waste of money

OP, if that above picture is actually you, a rhino probably serves to do more harm than good. Most rhinos, even done well, end up looking more unnatural than pretty much any other cosmetic surgery you could get.

Guyuron in Ohio was legitimately the best at one point but he's up there in age now. Rohrich in Texas was another wizard but also up there in age now. I'd generally stay away from Beverly Hills surgeons

And despite the hate he gets on some forums Toriumi is a wizard but favors wider straighter reconstructions (which is why he has so many unhappy female patients who wanted little pixie noses)
