Ahh ok I did basically tell him this when I showed him what I wanted. He said there are different techniques for how they attach the tarsal strip so my entire lower lid was raised not just the corners.

Yea I got a canthopexy yesterday and even tho I'm swelling it absolutely ascended my eye area. improved my pfl and gave me a positive tilt. Still look like myself @midfacedeficient . Canthoplasty is what has a chance of making you look uncanny.

cant breathe out of this lil bitty thing all of the sudden. was fine at 1 week post but now at 2 weeks post ive just resorted to mouth breathing. gotta wait it out i guess.

tip and bridge are slowly getting more refined as well, still taping and will continue til 5ish weeks postop

I mean swelling can come and go, dont judge breathing untill 2-3 months. Or saw it was a long time ago, remeber my first rhino that my nose breathing were ass for like a month then it became better. Not really good but good enough

The recovery isnt bad at all though. the only thing ive been annoyed with is the spiderweb feeling all over my face from nerve healing. pregab nukes that though

It's better then most that's for sure. Hard to be sure how good until swelling is down more. You went from ogre status to good looking in no time.
