Unfortunately my top choice surgeon is booked until January 2021 and I'm not going to wait a whole year for him.
Any recommendations for a good rhinoplasty surgeon that is ent Otolaryngologist certified? I'm looking for a surgeon that is an ent bc I don't want a upturned feminine nose in Iran by a surgeon who is good at promoting himself on social media. Also JFL at going to NYC or LA for rhinoplasty, they're overrated with mediocre results and charge $20k minimum (just good at marketing). I just want to straighten my deviated columella/septum and shave my hump down so it's straight. I don't need a tip rotation or turbinate reduction since I can breath fine.
