Im thinking of using my tax return on a rhinoplasty just because it keeps bugging me if it’s cheap im willing to do it and it should be complex just some bone shaving

Nobody here will give advice. Pull up some Turkey rhino threads on reddit and ask users who they got it from, usually they’ll state the surgeon though.
Most people that fly overseas get some surgery/hotel packages
