For thick-skinned patients who lack definition in the tip and need to remove some of the bulk, who are the best surgeons?
The truth is, unless you have just a deviated septum or dorsal hump, it's very easy to mess up and fk up harmony. People erroneously assume that it's an easy ascension, but for complex cases with thick skin, it needs an elite surgeon to look good and natural. In my case, I need some combo of alar base reduction and tip contouring because my nose looks piggish, and widens a lot when I talk. Also, I need to go from a 1.4 mouth width to nose width ratio to 1.5-1.6, ideally.
So who are the best-of-the-best when it comes to rhino?
