Tghey usually need nose bridge and maxilla face mask implants; there is a hollywood surgeon who specializes in maxilla face masks for asian people but i forgot his name; his reults are incredible. You are definitley right about the nose bridge in asians tho. Dont agree that they would look dog with bikax tho; they dont have african forward growth.
