He's the real deal, just very expensive. There are cheaper alternatives out there like Grigoryants.

I thoufht Grig is for females mostly?

Grig is fine for males too, but communication about tip rotation and a straight bridge to maintain a masculine appearance is important. He's excellent at refinement which is really what you need your surgeon to be good with if you have a bulbous starting point.

Nobody else off the top of my head as I haven't kept up with rhinoplasty as a procedure in some time, but when I did my research those were the two most skilled at refinement.
