Well, I’ve experienced a slight increase in my appetite only after day 1 of mk, idk if it’s placebo or not but it sure helps. And the only reason your taking hgh is Becuase of height but I’m tall enough so I don’t worry about my height, only my frame.
you wont notice changes in 1 day so yes its placebo. and you could always be taller. but at your age hgh would probably only increase bone mineral density, and taken at a reasonable amount with monitoring the risks are low.
