Anyways, raw meat is mad stupid, just eat cooked meat. The fact that heat denatures proteins dosnt matter, your body absorbs them via amino acids and simple bi and tripeptides. Aside from this, the foods you eat are healthy, I would maybe try to get more fruits in to get more micronutrients, but why you’re doing is great, you just need to cut down on overall consumption, as you’re def eating way too much unless you actually need so much
