Loofah is a natural washcloth / sponge, made from pumpkin tissue.
Today I tried using loofah as a scrubber, instead of as a bodywash sponge.
It worked wonders. All weird irregularities on my face, which is the definition of buildup plaque of dirt and pus, on my face, are now eliminated and my face is now smooth.
I did this to go sunbathe today, to avoid hyperpigmentation from heating up dirt and pus buildup on my face.
We need to eliminate buildup on face and hair regularly, several times a week, as your general hygiene, to avoid ageing from all that build up of dirt and pus chronically untouched damaging and enlarging facial tissue, and to avoid ageing from hair thinning and balding from buildup of toxins on hair follicles.
The more toxic foods we eat, the more buildup clearance we need to do (grains, salt, cooked inorganic meat, added seed oils (btw eliminate all seed oils, it's the cause of all your disease)).
Previously I didn't touch my face at all, because I wanted to avoid toxic chemicals. I even bought coconut soap, but even it weakened my head hair to insane thinness and weakness, like any other shampoo, like any other soap, which is what's gonna happen with my facial skin as well ageing it, probably because it contains salt, which is a toxic chemical killing cells (this is why we shouldn't eat salt, it is so toxic it gives you malnutrition per Aajonus, the only thing worse than salt is cooking).
Now we do not need to rely on any substance, any chemical for facial scrubbing, we can use mechanical force for scrubbing, which is loofah.
We should use it for facial scrubbing, and we should use it for hair hygiene (combined with an organic raw egg).
How to use loofah.
Buy loofah, it is a pumpkin washcloth / sponge.
Cut it up into multiple parts, half hand sized for face, and hand sized for hair, and one piece for armpits and sweaty areas (for smell part of perception of your person).
Use separate loofahs for face and hair, just in case a bit of dirt will be remained.
We can wash loofah in water, rubbing onto hands, after use.
We can wash loofah thoroughly in hot water with coconut soap, once a week.
Now we will get no ageing from chemicals, only perfect hygiene and looks from preserved facial skin and hair follicles.
God bless.
