Been reading this shit fucks with your hormones what are the best shampoos/body soaps for men. I just use generic shit I find at this gas station

I use Eucerin body wash. Smells like nothing which is sort of underwhelming but I feel clean

I'll look into it man anything is better then the 7/11 tier stuff I am using rn and its starting to make my skin itch. I only ever used the stuff my parents bought me in the past but starting to think I shouldn't cheap out on this

Yea the Eucerin one is meant for itchy skin I'm pretty sure so it should relieve you of that. @Arborist told me that the best body washes u can use are made for people with super sensitive skin

well to be fair this guy is bald and I have super greasy hair limiting shampoo usage and never using hot water helped but I still feel like I can't go a while without it feeling gross

Credit to pinhead returns.
Toothpaste: North american herb and spice or Wellnesse charcoal toothpaste. One without glycerin, SLS or Fluoride basically. All 3 nuke your oral microbiome and inflame the mouth.

Deodorant: Magnesium chloride spray or FATSKN

Soap: Aleppo soap

Shampoo: ACV if dandruff, I mostly go no shampoo though. Can use homemade sea salt spray for texture. Maybe north american herb and spice shampoos, they have some pretty clean ingredient lists. Wellnesse might have some good ones too but I haven't looked in a while.

probably not. in that case, a super natty ingredient that works well is apple cider vinegar. dilute it 1/2 water or more once/twice a week. smells like shit but cleans my hair thoroughly. good for ur health n hair.

It's good but can be too heavy for people with low porosity curls. I switched to a lighter brand for the summer

The lightweight hibiscus shampoo and condiitioner from Maui moisture. I still use the shea moisture curl smoothie though, just can't use the shampoo and conditioner even sparingly cause the buildup is just too much for me in the summer and I don't wash my hair everyday. Admittedly my curls don't look as shiny as they do in the winter, but atleast it helps to avoid dandruff/itchy scalp
