Best shoe lift size?

Im 183cm tall but in my country theres a lot of tall ppl so i heightmog. I bought 4cm shoe lifts but it was so noticable but imk afraid if i go like 2 cm it wont be noticable.

if you are 183 barefoot with shoes on you at least hit 185 cm so its good , no need for the lifts
