Best shoes for sub 6'0 copers

I'm 5'11 and always wore flat sneakers. Is it fraud to wear super high Airmaxes to increase your height above 6'0? And do you couple with insoles or is that too autistic?

and just use the fucking height insoles who cares
just use like 1 inch insoles so it isn't obvious
