My current shoes are about to die out and I need new ones. What shoes you guys recommend to add a few cm to my height and what other height frauding methods you recommend? (don't have insoles rn)

I’ve been seeing ads on Instagram for these foam pads that are supposedly better for your foot than the regular lifts that have sections you can add to them. I don’t know how good they are but they’re cheap on Amazon so it might be worth a shot.

You could put those in a pair of boots and that would get you an extra 2-3 inches.

Nike Air max 720, they are incredible comfortable and give you 1.72 inches of height, more than any nike, adidas, new balance or any shoe brand will give you while remaining very normal looking from the front, very easy to get second hand for around 30 USD ive bought over 4 pairs of them at this price.

they are the tallest nike shoes produced and give you more height than air force 1's (1 inch) with a 1 inch insole (would compress to less) without the sacrifice of comfort

get the all white or all black version they look good on foot


I am going to try some shoes from china soon to find the cheapest and most comfortable height boosting shoes I can find, idealy I want a shoe that gives 10cm and is designed to give that much which would result in it being comfortable, there is NOTHING worse than wearing any pair of shoe with lifts that is so uncomfortable no matter what shoe I wear even with a tiny increase
