Best shoes to wear for lifts

What are the best shoes to wear with lifts? If I put them in my trainers my feet are almost falling out the shoe...

air max 2090 size up 1. I go from 6’2 to 6’4 and I can play basketball and work out in them

I wear air max 2090s and fraud 6'1 at 5'11 with ease, not noticeable whatsoever either

i just wear af1 with scholl insoles, completely undetectable air force give about an inch and scholl about 1cm
