It was about a guy who got a girlfriend and hated her cat so he feigned Parkinson’s disease. He faked a whole diagnosis. You with me?
So, with his shakiness he was unable to hold heavy items. One day he grabbed a huge stack of bricks and OOPs, dropped them all onto the cats skull, crushing him brutally. He cried to his gf about his “Parkinson’s” and how he felt so guilty. Later on, he went to the restroom and laughed so hard with joy. Then the next year he said he was miraculously healed.
