Best skincare prodcuts after using accutane?

I used to have severe acne when two years ago and I went to a dermatologist and she gave me the standard accutane treatment, I spent one year taking 2 capsules of 20mg per week, I took around 4 boxes of accutane of around 30 capsules each for the year, I stopped treatment this february and everything went smooth, most of my acne was gone and the scars I had would fade away with time. Recently (like a month ago) ive noticed sprouts of acne surging through my skin (arms, forehead, neck/chin, chest and back) my dermatologist that these would be normal from a sequel but I feel that they will soon get infected and be harder to remove and I will be back on square one. My dermatologist did leave me with two products to use for the time I stopped getting acne which were a soap to wash my face called Acnipop and a cream to remove scars called Leneda but I feel these wont be enough to stop my acne from coming back fully. I have been trying to eat cleaner and stopped touching my face with dirty hands but I feel that my acne problem is mostly genetical. Do you guys have any products that you would recommend to stop/get rid of acne sprouts that does it quickly? I have dry skin.

TL;DR: I need help finding products to stop acne sprouts that arent harmful since I just finished my accutane treatment.

I might go to my dermatologist later next month if the sprouts get infected.
