Best skincare routine for acne-free glowing skin?

I want my skin to look so good that people compliment it. Please help

You need 4 products: Face wash cream, exfoliating cream, a serum (vitamin c or hyaluronic acid) and a moisturizer.

Use the face wash, then apply the serum and finally the moisturizer. Do this every day in the morning and night.
Use the exfoliating cream 2x per week either in the morning or at night.

Goes wrong, breakout instead, and acne goes even goes much worse due to the side effects. Brutal.

Renewing SA cleanser (cerave)
Daily moisturizing lotion (cerave)
Resurfacing Retinol (cerave)

Then stay out of sunlight. So preferably only apply #1 at night.

As you can see it also rebuilds a bit of lost collagen, there is no reason not to use it. If this random redditor gets this result, you can as well.
