If u sleep on ur back the tongue drops off the roof so probably sideways is better since mewing can prevent ccw recession somewhat

Downgrown people are usually malnutrition based on my own experience i see irl

Look into belt pulling heard good things from people whove done it who were downgrown and lacked ccw.
