How old are you? If above or = to 16, start isotretinoin (accutane). Take 20 mg every single day for a month, then if your skin isnt becoming unbearable dry, itchy or stingy, then bump it up to 30, or 40 for the next month, and continue that dosage. For duration of course, take your body weight in KG, multiply it with 135. (The cumulative dose target is between 120 to 150 mg of accutane per kilogram of bodyweight, I think uising 135 is a good middle path). After you do the Bodyweight * 135 multiplication, divide the product by the dose you want to take each day. So if you want to take only 20 mg for the whole course, divide the product with 20, and that will give u the number of days. Accutane is the only way to semi-cure acne or blackheads and PREVENT RELAPSE.


If you dont want to use isotretinoin, which is kinda idiotically stubborn because isotretinoin is a godsent, then use tretinoin cream on your face, or adapelene. But i highly highly highly highly HIGHLY advocate for isotretinoin.
