What are the essential softmaxxes everyone should be doing in your opinion

Get lean

Every softmax will have a discussion or a contrary opinion. The ONLY thing that is 100% sure is good for you is to not eat processed food and to exercise (Even much exercise can be bad).
 
Most soft maxxes are either insanely obvious (like get a good haircut) or too specific to be used as general advice (like dying light eyebrows). However I do think there are a few softmaxxes that aren't super well known that still apply to everybody. A decent example would be maximizing collagen production via things like derma rolling, supplements, vitamin c serums, redlight therapy, aloe vera and retinoids.
