other than the structure which you can't change unless the facial sutures(i think) haven't closed, you could grow out your eyelashes/eyebrows, dye them a darker shade, use kohl or menpen(i think).

if you were in the growing stages, I'd recommend running roids to grow the brow ridge and get more dimorphism...
