I dont think any of these are new methods but this thread will include EVERY method + plus some cope u could try and wont hurt ur looks
- SLEEPMAXXING

- Sleep 8 hours a night minimum , sleep early cuz sleeping at 3 and waking up at 11 dosnt work .
- Nap at in the evening if u have time , 30 mins should work , it gives u energy back ofc
- The best sleeping position to be in is by your left side with a pillow between ur legs
- And if u cant sleep at night orgasm right before bed or workout earlier in the day

- Wash face with water
- Ice ur face with one icecube until it melts
- Then leanse
- Moisturise
- Sunscreen spf 50
- chapstick
- Drink plenty of water , 2 litters minimum
- Eat at least 2 carrots a day
- 2 banana a day
- Eat less sugar
- Cut down on processed food ofc
- Get plenty of vitamens
- HEIGHTMAXXING AND FRAMEMAXXING
- Eat a lot of protein
- Every day high intensity training mainly legs , squats or more preferably running on a bike for an hour
- Stretching on a pull up bar every day on a wide grip
- Dont consume a lot of soy so the estrogen dosnt decrese and leave u with ur growth plates closed early
- Eat blueberrys
- Do reeves deadlift
- WATCH THIS
- EYE AREA MAXXING
- Use roseamarry oil on ur eyebrows
- Get them threaded
- Ice hooding every night to decrease upper eyelid exposure
- Squintmaxx
- Use a cold spoon on ur eyes for 1 min if u have eye bags , apply directly on the eyebags
- LOWER THIRD MAXXING
- MEWING IS NOT COPE
- Chew mastic gum , and if u cant find mastic gum locally just use sugar free gum
- Eat harder foods
- Loose fat
- LESS SALT SO UR FACE ISNT BLOATED
