Best solution for dark cicles caused by recessed orbital bones ?

I imagined start with a filler injection and then lipofilling for perma result ?

Deep tear troughs from recessed orbital rims = structural issue, not skin. Best fix is orbital rim/infraorbital implant or fat grafting for permanent correction. Filler is only a temporary preview/test run. Lipofilling can resorb unevenly, implant gives most stable long-term result.

Basically:
Implants are your best choice, but if its too expensive then just get fat grafts from your thigh for your orbitals.
