What's the best solution for a wider jaw? I'm not some mental masturbating teenager who wants to get some crazy obscure surgery. I will deadass go and consult docs tomorrow. What's the best surgery that won't result in me looking uncanny/bloated? Osteotomies would be the best but I'm yet to see a single good result with chinwing or anything else. Jaw implants usually look like shit too. Fillers also look uncanny.

I have good amount of massetters which shows my jaw as wide.

I think a lot of the uncanny results are just retards who went way too big. Also, the after pics are usually taken relatively close to the operation, before swelling has completely subsided. It takes a long ass time for swelling to go down and the swelling really can make things look weird. When I had my chin implant, it looked like a fake movie chin until the swelling went down which took like 6 months.

I know nothing about this person, just found them searching for good results, but it seems they have a shitload of good jaw results:

Examples 1, 3 and 5 are well above normal. (To be fair example 5 is bimax + implants.) Example 4 might be above average too, but he never took good photos from different angles. You are just trying to support your biased perspective.

You can do fillers, which will look worse in the long-term, or masseter hypertrophy, which almost always makes you look worse. If you want good results, you need surgery.

So apparently the user "LooksOverAll," who was a major user on this forum for a long time, has deleted his account. You could see one of the many examples of him getting called out on his lies and self-contradictions here. I don't know how long his account has been gone. He was one of the top posters on the forum at one point.
