Up until now I've just been doing PPL (5 days, legs only once) But next month I'm getting on sarms (s4), and I'm wondering what's the most effective split I should do. From what I've seen online people are either saying bro split or upper lower, but idk what's the best. I would appreciate is anyone could help me out.
