Best Split When On Sarms?

Up until now I've just been doing PPL (5 days, legs only once) But next month I'm getting on sarms (s4), and I'm wondering what's the most effective split I should do. From what I've seen online people are either saying bro split or upper lower, but idk what's the best. I would appreciate is anyone could help me out.

fboed if u can recover well, if not UL or UL with PPL

Might just do PPLUL
ya that works. u get really good frequency and its still relatively enjoyable. recovery is pretty doable too
