So upper lower or push pull legs?
We know that more reps = leaner and more toned and that lower reps with higher weight will means larger muscles but higher bf. (correct me if i’m wrong) However which split is more optimal?

do you know the feeling of failure?
yeah I have been going gym for multiple years now just with all the new information going around on upper/ lower splits was curious what the most optimal split was

full body, each workout 1 set of 5 heavy ass weight to failure or if u have 2 reps left in u do 1 set of 7 for each workout. after a full body workout rest the next day and then repeat. 3 min rest in between each set and DONT LISTEN TO OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE SMALL ASF AND SAY WHATEVER. People will hate on full body because it sounds weird and there’s a reason why they are small. multiple studies show that full body is the best split for muscle growth and 1 set of 5 heavy weight is. all the influencers that promote this are strong and big asf. i’m not too big rn but i used to do ppl and ever since i switched to full body i have gained so much more muscle. if u want to know better just watch tnf on tiktok.
