yeah benching 140 kg at 16 while 75kg aint heavy
that is an insane amount. but there is a difference. with heavy i dont mean heavy i mostly mean intense. jut look up on the internet it can really influence growth but since ur 16 u could just resume. and by growth it can be tall or just bone mass in general maybe also frame.
 
What is the best sport to do as a teen for best hormonal output. In Hgh, igf, test and dht


And what are the best things to do??
chop hardwood logs with axe and do cardio for stamina
