Choline system (alpha Gpc, CDP-Choline, Huperzine A for acetylcholineasterase (fuck if that's the spelling lol) inhibition ) L-Theanine for calmed thoughts and reduced jitters/anxiety from caffeine + stims, NAC ( plus glycine ideally) megadose nac 2.4-4.8gs on higher dose days for bulk antioxidant function, also shown to be helpful with ADHD symptoms too if keeping on task is a difficulty

I get why Xanax helps so much, I fucking LOVED Xanax when I was younger and had a consistent supply of it it was difficult not to use to turn off that overclocked always thinking part of my brain, it is very easy to go from being functional to a bar tard, and also just in terms of pharmacologic function alone for your stack, it's suboptimal and not sustainable at best

How did you get out of it? I have it since a week. Had in come now and then in childhood but rn after first time moda use I believe it exaggerated.
