Best Stack for Late Bloomer for Height Growth

I was curious what the best possible stack might be for a late bloomer. I am currently 5'11 at 18 and my bone age is 14, so i want the best possible stack for growing as tall as i possibly can while also not taking anything to serious that might mess up my hormones in the future.

18 5'11 with a 14 bone age, how does this even make sense

Eat lots of meat and drink raw milk, other animal foods, even better with organs like raw liver, at least you're getting the best nutrition for height growth possible. I slowly grew like over an inch in my 20s, got even slightly wider shoulders/clavicles so late growth is definitely possible.

Honestly I doubt height growth stacks actually work well or don't risk making you deformed or weirdly shaped, or like in the case of HGH excessive jaw/nose/brow ridge growth and gut growth etc lol. Some guys think they're looksmaxxing when they're ogre-maxxing themselves as fuck. AIs are also not exactly good for your hair, skin or joints; estrogen is literally one of the most important hormones for stimulating scalp hair growth and preventing norwooding and maintaining skin and joints(collagen and elastin synthesis in both).

Maybe height growth stacks can work for some in some ways but many probably just fuck themselves up or ogre-maxx which is permanent, also some "gains" can just be attributed to puberty or late blooming or late growth spurts which can happen to anyone before they're a fully matured adult. AIs potentially wrecking your hair and skin or pre-maturely aging you is also net looksmin same with goblinoid ogre-maxxing growth in your face, or getting a permanently distended gut(disgusting). Getting old man's joints or joint-related injuries earlier is also permanent and will ruin your training which is also not good for becoming or staying looksmaxxed.

Yeah there is lots of copes and hopes about some drugs magically making you ascend but really #1 most important thing is still food and nutrition and not eating peasant foods. People mostly eating peasant foods in the past is literally why most guys were a manlet 100+ years ago by modern standards. Lots of tall guys today had manlet ancestors just 2-3 generations ago, heck some just one generation ago, peasant foods and poor health and epigenetics or already stunted growth at fetal level stunted their potential. Again height growth is possible for some guys into their 20s, dick and balls can also grow the same way, face maturing and growing better etc too. So it is not exactly necessarily over even naturally speaking for some guys just because they are 18.
