Best stack for muscle growth?

I’ve been wanting to find a good stack to run for muscle growth. i’m currently trying to get lean and the only thing i’m on this reta.
 
test but u would benefit more from optimal split diet and sleep

my split is already pretty well but I think i wanna run Test because I don’t want the rest to kill the muscle i’m trying to build.
tell me in detail everything ur doing and i garantuee u dont need roids

5 day split running most workouts with 2-3 sets all to failure with an ideal rep range of 8-12 reps. Caloric Deficit and .5mg Reta.

you literally can't claim working to failure 5 days a week it's impossible. The most you could if you actually achieved true failure would be a solid 3-4

Also working to failure is retarded 0RIR is the best method

So then I’m not going hard enough in the gym okay. I’ll try to fix that and do 0RIR. i’ll lower my days as well

got my peak strength and physique (mass-wise) on 3 days a week as I work.
Im pinning test currently so ill probably go more than 3 days.

But the way to do it is going for two sets 0-2RIR, and the last set to absolute failure.
Failure means that the repetition doesn't follow the same standardization as the first reps, you must not aim for partial reps as it would bring you too close to failure and tire you.

That's why lifting more than 4 days is retarded if you work hard, you just tire yourself too much and don't give time for your tendons to heal.

thank you for the advice i’ll be trying that out for a few months and see what happens

0 rir is method, ur actual split isnt super important tho, 5 days a week is acceptable and damn near as optimal as running FB/UL. its probably at most a 5% difference youre making by changing splits
