With just enclo, no, you need rad [i gave you the link of a thread about rad]
and it would make your face puffy during cycle for a bit

If its a cycle it wouldnt be too bad [like 15 weeks rad enclo and hgh is good] and just take finasteride if you are too worried. 1mg ed for the cycle

Dutasteride takes a lot of time to get in the body. so use finasteride and dutasteride until your cycle is over then just use dutasteride

175 is very low for test
If you pair finasteride and dutasteride you should be fine with any test dose. 300mg or higher

A cycle wont affect you that much. Its not like ur undergoing trt

300-500mg deca(converts to dihydronandralone which is much weaker than normal dht) 5mg dbol for the estrogen and 10-30mg rad140/lgd4033. U can also add like 6-10 iu hgh and a myostatin inhibitor.

Deca only + HGH + maybe some sarms and estrogen gel or tablets, don’t take a 5ar inhibitor while on Deca becuause it converts through 5ar into DHN which binds to follicles like DHT but is way way less androgenic and is actually hair protective, nandrolone is also great for collagen synthesis especially paired with GH, you have to run a kind of high dose of it because it converts much less to estrogen than testosterone would and if using estrogen gel especially it is often helpful still still can’t get it fully high enough so you’d have to run more nandrolone or you could just go with estrogen tablets and run a lower dose of nandrolone if you want.
