I have an spf 50 pa +++ but im afraid it will block the sun to much and make my face less tan, maybe im overthinking it tho?

Niggs tan IS sun damage, if u get tanned means = damage theres no way around it

Just use spf on ur face and tan normally

Who tf cares if ur body gets wrinkly at 60, face is what matters

For body u dont reallt need , u can do spf 25 or sum shit, get some tanning oil instead tbh

I do mt 2 250mcg once weekly to maintain this tan, i always cover my face and take beta carotene + asthaxantin to not end up pale in the face
