Best sunscreen options?

Ts is probably asked to death, but what are the best sunscreen options? Is there any chemical I should avoid?
Also yeah I know clothes and staying inside is the best option, but I'm not gonna look like a hyper autist and I need to go outside sometimes.

i think any sunscreen that covers UVA/B and spf50+ is good. even thought i think removing seed oils from your diet is probably enough for sun damage prevention
