I need supplements to get rid of my bloatness, i have the bone structure for it and have killer zygos but i have a puffy face,

idk, all i eat is home cooked with 2 meals a day. balanced meals with no salt at all and ye ti still have acne/puffy face problems

I'm quiting taking supplements and switching to take these vitamins and minerals directly from food
