I’ve had success with high doses of caffeine early in the day to budget eating heavier in the evening. Also I’ve been doing low doses of psilocybin 2x/week to get see the bottom 2 abs and low facial fat. However I fell off the wagon when I tried taking a break from psilocybin and been eating junk food. The skinny fat began to come back,
The problem with psilocybin is it makes you less alpha and more reserved if taken often (in my experience). I was thinking to switch to micro dosing LSD as people say it doesn’t have the same antisocial effects. Are there any good supplements/drugs etc to maintain a low bodyfat and keep focused?
