Is huperzine a legit? What else is good? I think ashwagandha makes me too relaxed/tired to help but idk.

My mouth felt a bit tingly when I took ashwagandha, mine has ginger so I suspect a ginger allergyAshwagandha (at least under his withania somnifera form) will make you lethargic, this is how it reduces anxiety btw (by working GABA receptors, the main inhibitory neurotransmitter).
Imo you should try noopept, or if you prefer herbal supplements Lion's Mane is pretty good for that purpose (among others).
