What are the best supplements for teens to get better bonemass, height and things like that?

I'm not too informed on this but I would just say good quality hgh. If that doesn't work (which for most it doesn't) Then I would just say try to maximise sleep and diet. I wouldn't bother with some mf unknown expiremental drug that has some name like HCCG215715-4123DGCOPE532 That people here keep reccomending.

No supplement will give you more height or bone mass, best you can do is have a nice diet and habits and pray your body does the work (or inject weird things).

However, I think D3+K2, Creatine and Magnesium are worth it regardless of your age and goals, and yes, they will technically enable you to get more bone mass and height but very indirectly and under the right conditions. It's not that they give you more of that, but rather that they give your body the best odds at it.
