I’m looking for serious answers.iq is a cope all you need is confidence and you will succeed
Modafinil. Half of Sillicon Valley was on that shit for a time. Good for low IQ cels.Basically the title. I’m a freshmen in university and I could use a boost in my noggin
Cocao powder and ginger for focus natural. Otherwise Bang energy drink ( half is all that is needed ) good for focus.Basically the title. I’m a freshmen in university and I could use a boost in my noggin
Aderall or Vyvanse are better then Ritalin, since Ritalin is just a very low dose of the same form of aderall. But its risky due to the side effects of crushing appetite, difficulty sleeping, and big mood swings after the high. Best to not use it unless its very important exams like midterms and finals, as its easy to get addicted to.-Ritalin
-Creatine (increases IQ by 15 points believe it or not)
-Bang
-Modafinil
Modafinil is a meme if OP has problems studying, its only good for people that already study well sober and need an even bigger boost. Amphetamine or Ritalin would work better for OPModafinil. Half of Sillicon Valley was on that shit for a time. Good for low IQ cels.

Cognitive effects of modafinil in student volunteers may depend on IQ - PubMed
The results of two previous studies on the effects of modafinil, a selective wakefulness-promoting agent, in healthy university students were combined in a retrospective analysis. This allowed determination of whether the effects of modafinil were dependent on IQ and whether the larger sample...pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
-Creatine (increases IQ by 15 points believe it or not)
Tldr: he read studies on vegans severely deficient in creatine from no meat consumption, where they were given creatine, and saw a 15iq boost in the next round of IQ test done. So he is half right but if you eat meat already you most likely have enough creatine. Although, some conditions like ADHD, Autism, Dysphoria, CFS have been linked to lower creatine amounts in the body as well with all other factors being equal
Laugh all you want but it’s true
Adderall can worsen anxietyAderall or Vyvanse are better then Ritalin, since Ritalin is just a very low dose of the same form of aderall. But its risky due to the side effects of crushing appetite, difficulty sleeping, and big mood swings after the high. Correct, but Ritalin will also too as its still a very similar class of drug just not as strong as aderall or Vyvanse.Adderall can worsen anxiety
I don’t think they mentioned anything about severe deficiency.Tldr: he read studies on vegans severely deficient in creatine from no meat consumption, where they were given creatine, and saw a 15iq boost in the next round of IQ test done. Yeah so I don’t want thatCorrect
essentially the other way aroundiq is a cope all you need is confidence and you will succeed
If you're starting off your studies with the idea that you'll take stims to guide you through it, then you're already fucking everything up. Develop healthy dieting and exercising habits instead and meditate so as to be able to develop natural focus. If you really wanna go the stims route, only use them sparingly, i.e during high workload periods. You can take my word for it, I have ADHD and have dealt with stims before.Basically the title. so just be healthy, study and hope my genetics are good enough? tf?If you're starting off your studies with the idea that you'll take stims to guide you through it, then you're already fucking everything up. Besides, these aspects are only softmaxxing as far as your noggin is concerned. IQ, the best predictor of academic performance, is largely hereditary.
Yes. For better or worse, it's literally that simple.so just be healthy, study and hope my genetics are good enough? tf?
ok what stims should I use sparingly then?Yes. For better or worse, it's literally that simple.
The things that have already been mentioned by the other people in this thread will work (Modafinil, Adderall, etc). Personally I'd favor stuff like Modafinil over stuff like Adderall because it comes with less side effects.ok what stims should I use sparingly then?
Ritalin caffeine physical activity and sleep are the 4 main things that have dramatic effects. Tried other shit as long as my diet isn't horrible nothing seems to make a difference I try to eat low carb in the mornings when I do work then eat higher carb when I'm chilling.Basically the title. I’m a freshmen in university and I could use a boost in my noggin
Do eggs have omega 3?Omega 3 fish oil pills. They are great for skin as well especially people who tend to suffer from acne
do they increase iq as well? The things that have already been mentioned by the other people in this thread will work (Modafinil, Adderall, etc). Personally I'd favor stuff like Modafinil over stuff like Adderall because it comes with less side effects.
As I said, IQ is largely hereditary. There is little to nothing you can do to change your IQ (unless you wanna lower it, which can be done by getting concussions, lead exposure, etc) - you can only ensure that it reaches its full potential/range of prediction for you by being in a good socioeconomic environment (upper-middle class+ family, quality education, etc).do they increase iq as well?
I want something that can help with IQ, I wanna be smarter.
The cartons that say they have it do.But.It's a little amount...Regular eggs don't usually have omega 3 in it.It's usually found in seafood, Especially salmon.Do eggs have omega 3?
How about sardines? The cartons that say they have it do.But.It's a little amount...Regular eggs don't usually have omega 3 in it.It's usually found in seafood, Especially salmon.

You need to exercise reading comprehension. Note that I specifically said 'you can only ensures that it reaches its full potential/range of prediction for you'. In other words, you can only get as far as you are hardcapped to get, but that difference will only be fairly marginal anyway.![]()
How to Increase IQ Levels: 8 Ways, Plus Increasing Your Baby’s IQ
Research suggests that there are various ways to develop crucial skills related to human intelligence. Explore some of the activities that can boost your IQ, as well as how to improve the IQ of your baby during pregnancy.www.healthline.com
Yeah alright
At the genetic level, IQ is determined by tens of thousands of single nucleotide polymorphisms that are associated with intelligence. Of these, 1,271 have been identified, with a mean effect size of just 0.01% each. These identified SNPs have been used to develop polygenic scores that can measure IQ from DNA, even before birth. See Using DNA to predict intelligence; Sophie von Stumm, Robert Plomin; Intelligence 86 (2021) 101530.
For readers who are unfamiliar with genome wide association studies, SNP-chips, single nucleotide polymorphisms, and polygenic scores, I suggest reading Robert Plomin - Blueprint: How DNA Makes Us Who We Are, Penguin Books Ltd., 2018, ISBN 9780241282076.
Having bright parents is the most probable path to high intelligence. At present there is no practical means to boost intelligence. See chapter 5 of Haier, R. J. (2017). The Neuroscience of Intelligence, Cambridge University Press.
- high working memory capacity, facilitating math ability, rapid learning, and ability to stay on task
- mental speed is high, allowing the high WMC to be used efficiently
- learns quickly
- can learn by self-instruction
- can block out stimuli that distract from the cognitive task at hand
- statistically holds a high status job with high pay
- has high general health and is less likely to suffer accidental injuries
- is statistically more symmetric (body and face) than average
- has a higher than average education
- enjoys a high level of socioeconomic status - partly displayed by living in a more exclusive neighborhood, having high social standing friends, etc.
- enjoys greater life satisfaction and happiness
- has a superior memory
- has a large number of interests, held with competence
- is less likely to smoke, or have HIV infection
- is unlikely to have a criminal record
- does not drop out of school
- less likely to have a child when a teenager or to have an illegitimate child
Man I just need to get smarter for school. You need to exercise reading comprehension. Note that I specifically said 'you can only ensures that it reaches its full potential/range of prediction for you'. In other words, you can only get as far as you are hardcapped to get, but that difference will only be fairly marginal anyway.
The main takeaway here is that there are also sub-manifestations of intelligence, i.e fluid and crystallized inteligence, with fluid being very g loaded (i.e highly heritable), which becomes more dominant as one's life goes on. So, even if you do manage to raise your IQ nominally through crystallized intelligence (IQ does not account for nature alone, but also partly for nurture), you will eventually still end up around your genetically predetermined limits irrespective of environment. Even the study that your link cites concedes this (without mentioning the nature taking over nurture effect in adulthood):
Nowadays, it is generally accepted that the heritability of intelligence increases from about 20% in infancy to perhaps 80% in later adulthood (Plomin et al. 2014; Plomin and Deary 2015). This leaves plenty of room for environmental effects, especially within the school-aged populations.
Here are some further passages to help you understand this principle:
And to further prove how all-pervasive IQ is, here is a list of proven correlations to IQ:
