recently I am seeing many people taking things like d3 or k2. Can someone list vitamins that are important to take and what each one does. I am 16 and thinking of adding some

what do tyrosine and theanine do? also apparently fish oil is shit because it’s pure pufas

Just eat normal healthy foods in surplus unless ur body can't normally synthesise for which you go get it checked.
