Multi-vitamin, omega oils and zinc + magnesium are all great. Can help general health and magnesium's great for sleep and muscle recovery.
I take pantothenic acid ( vitamin B5 ) 500mg to try help my acne, supposedly it can reduce breakouts. Only been taking it for 2 weeks though and not noticed a difference.
Apologies shoudve specified. 500mg straight after every meal, however, I still didnt find it much help. Ended up stopping.500mg won’t do shit for acne
