What are the best nootropics and supplements that help with brain cognition. I personally used cerebrolysin a while back. Great experience overall with it, no real side effects but the effects weren’t very noticeable.

Used it cause I always used to spar hard and got scared I might have CTE. I used it more or less daily for 3 weeks
